coronary syndrome, differs from cardiovascular system diseases in that it has a high percentage of death and disability, as well as its wide spread among the world's population. The main cause of the disease is a sharp narrowing or complete blockage of one or more main branches of the coronary artery as a result of developing atherosclerosis. The advantage of mammaro-coronary anastomosis is that it is anatomically and histologically compatible. Thus, both the internal mammary artery and the coronary artery have the same structure. Both arteries have the same diameter. They ensure the laminarity of the blood flow. However, through this operation, it is possible to restore the blood flow disrupted in only one branch of the coronary
artery. To overcome this deficiency, we suggest mammaro-coronary anastamosis for vessels smaller than 1.5 mm
in diameter, and aorto-coronary shunt for relatively large ones.
