The purpose of the study is to review previously studied anatomical and histological features and clinical and morphological characteristics of anal fissures, identify the most common causes and predispositions, their re-development and consideration of complex methods of treatment and prevention using modern equipment and practical recommendations.
Among the research methods and materials used in the work, it should be noted such as examination, observation, surgical admission, processing of histological preparations, macro-microscopy and analysis of the medical histories of 165 people, divided by gender and age criteria. The results of histological studies have shown the presence of macro-microscopic changes, while in patients with chronic anal fissures. There are no pronounced inflammatory changes in tissue samples from the lateral walls of the anal canal. During anoscopic examination, there are no pronounced seals and narrowing of the lumen of the anal canal. Patients with the first form (67% of cases) had various diseases of the digestive tract, an increase in basal pressure in the anal canal was detected. This indicates the presence of sphincterospasm, which persists even after the symptoms of the disease are relieved. The effectiveness of differentiated complex surgical treatment of patients with CAT was also evaluated, depending on the form and localization of pathological development, taking into account the role of anatomical and physiological aspects in the etiopathogenesis of the disease. In conclusion, age-related changes determine anatomical and histological changes in structures at all levels and depend on many factors. Successful treatment of anal fissure requires a comprehensive approach that includes not only the treatment of symptoms, but also the prevention of their recurrence.
